Establishing social ties is especially important during the colder months. Additional survey results from Clover reveal 32% of San Antonio seniors feel more lonely in winter, compared to the rest of the year.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas. (Feb. 6, 2019) – Newly released survey results from Clover Health reveal 20% of San Antonio adults 60 and older have used online dating tools, such as smartphone apps and internet sites, at least once.

The Navy Club of the United States Military Excellence Award is the top award presented to the No. 1 recruit of their graduating training group. Lesford Dixon, who teaches carpentry at Construction Careers Academy (CCA) in San Antonio, will receive a $50,000 Award

Dixon has worked in construction for 18 years in three countries but is most proud of building the carpentry program at Construction Careers Academy. Dixon teaches his students how to build houses, and he brings the work and skills to life through stories of his work experiences and early life in Jamaica. Stephanie Urbina Jones makes history in Grand Ole Opry debut as the first female artist to perform with mariachis

Jones was joined on stage by her producer Patterson Barrett and seven-piece band, Mariachi Internacional Nueva Galicia.
